Park Owners & Guests,

Having considered the current guidance given by the Government, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend some of the services on the Parks.

At present the main office at Pettycur, the shop and the laundry are open daily 09:00 — 17:00. 7 Days

At present the main office at Leven, the shop and the laundry are open daily 09:00 — 17:00 Friday - Closed Thursday

The parks owners’ caravans are only available to those that confirmed, by email, one of the current government valid reasons to use the caravan:

• Self-Isolation
• Vulnerable
• Key staff/worker
• Accomodation while house Sale/Purchace finalise.
• Attend a Funeral
• etc.

This information may change or be revised as the advice coming from the authorities evolves.

These are unprecedented times. We all have a responsibility to consider not just ourselves but the people of our country, the local community, and guests on the parks. We are having to make decisions and take actions which were unimaginable a few weeks ago. The announcements of support which have come from Government should help us to be ready to resume business just as soon as the crisis passes; we will be making efforts to ensure our staff are looked after during this period.

We are contacting all our long and short term Hires, Touring area, Wedding, Functions, Restaurant and Hotel bookings to offer alternative dates when the crisis is over.

We ask private owners on the park not to stay in your holiday caravan other than for one of the current valid reasons.

We are following the Government‘s guidance as best we can, so we will be subject to change. We urge you to please co-operate at this difficult time.
