The Dining Experience Our beautifully appointed Horizons Restaurant offers guests elegant dining in a superb environment. Our experienced chefs have created a variety of exciting menus prepared and presented to the highest standards with great attention to detail, guaranteed to satisfy the most discerning palate. Welcome to Horizons Restaurant We hope you will enjoy your meal and we shall do our utmost to ensure your visit is a pleasant and memorable occasion. All dishes are prepared to the highest standards, using fresh local produce, and while we endeavour to provide prompt service, please allow adequate time for your meal to be made to order. If you have a favourite dish, which does not appear on the menu, our Chef De Cuisine will be delighted to prepare it for you, if at all possible.
