At Kinghorn Harbour Holiday Park we have a wide range of new and used static caravans for sale. Our most popular caravans are the Atlas and Willerby range, but we can supply from any manufacturer. Holiday Home Prices

• New holiday homes from £12,000 to £55,000 (Approx)
• Pre Owned holiday homes from £6,000 to £35,000 (Depending on availability)

Annual Park Fees

Optional Winter Occupancy

If owners wish to take the option to occupy their Holiday Home during the Winter months, with the exception of the close-down period from 10th of January until the 10th of February, when the Park is closed in accordance with the 11 month Holiday Park Licence. The total Winter Fee to stay will be: £721.00 (approx).

Electricity Charges

The annual standing charge (levied by current supplier) for the supply of electricity is (Approx) £198.00, which includes the uplift of refuse and water charges, may be subject to increase from 1st April each year. Meters are read in October and all units used are charged at the current rate.

Calor Gas

Calor Gas is on sale throughout the year during normal office hours. We also offer a delivery service on a Sunday in the Summer and a Friday in the Winter.

Insurance

To enable us to conform to new codes of practise, all caravans on the Holiday Park must be adequately insured. We are able to offer Holiday caravan owners competitive Insurance rates from JLT Insurance on a "New for Old" basis, these charges are currently £12.58 per £1,000 value insured for 10 foot wide caravans and £10.88 per £1000 value insured for 12 foot wide.
