Atlas Fitness Suite
Our Atlas Suite boasts state of the art TechnoGym cardiovascular and weight resistance equipment designed to tone your body and improve your stamina.
Whatever your forte, there’s a machine to suit. Run (or walk) on the treadmill or you may prefer some step aerobics or a few miles on one of our exercise cycles. Work your upper body with our rowing machine or lift some weights on the weight resistance machines or our free weight bench with mirror to ensure correct posture.
While you exercise, keep up to date with current affairs on television or take in the amazing views across The River Forth to Edinburgh and beyond.
Our Fitness Suite comprises 8 cardiovascular exercise machines, 2 treadmills, a rower, an exercise bike, 2 reclined exercise bikes and a step machine. We also have a stretch mat, abdominal trainer and bench with a selection of chrome dumbbell free weights.
So come along, keep fit and feel better.
