Optional Additional Payments If Owners wish to take the option to occupy their Holiday Home during the Winter months, with the exception of the close-down period from 10th of January until the 10th of February, when the Park is closed in accordance with the 11 month Holiday Park Licence. The total Winter Fee to stay will be: £630.00 (approx). Electricity Charges The annual standing charge levied by Scottish Gas for the supply of electricity is £60.00 (appox.) subject to increase from 1st April each year the units used are charged at the current rate. Calor Gas Calor Gas is on sale throughout the year during normal office hours. We also offer a delivery service on a Sunday for a small nominal charge. Insurance To enable us to conform to new codes of practise, all caravans on the Holiday Park must be adequately insured. We are able to offer Holiday caravan owners competitive Insurance rates on a "New for Old" basis. These charges are currently £12.58 per £1000 value insured for 10 foot wide caravans and £10.88 per £1000 value insured for 12 foot wide |
